Retro Platfomer
This is a prototype of a platformer game that we are making. The ideia is to build a game with a retro style, hard, with good mechanics and numerous levels using diferent ideias.

Game Graphics ControlsWhat I liked;
The music and how it didn't start over after death
The art for the main character is very good
The sound design on jumping and death
What I didn't like:
The controls feel a bit too sensitive. I feel like I am skating on ice.
The second level may be a bit too hard after the first. I tried many times but couldn't get to the platform above me at the top of the second four columns of platforms or the second top one to the right. Maybe move the second to the right closer perhaps.

Level Design Game GraphicsKey: + = positive, - = negative
+ Fun energizing music
- Repetitive music
+ Vines and rose in the background
- Rest of the background
+ Main character
- Single/first jump animation
+ Double/second jump animation
- Spikes at bottom don't look right
- Falling spikes
- Early levels too difficult
- I also feel like I'm skating on ice when I move
My recommendations to improve your game:
o Re-do the sprites/animations I have listed as negatives
o Make early levels really easy, progress the difficulty slowly. (e.g. slow down moving
platforms in level 2)

Thank you for your feedback! We are trying do add more variety to the gameplay and new assets to improve the art to release the game in a few months on steam.

Tutorial/Learning CurveReally good job like the Tutorial and the prograsion system, the soundtrack and sound design is simple but effective. Have to say that I dont really can tell any thing negative!
