Elevator Pitch: Tangled Earth is a 3D action adventure platformer where players learn to manipulate gravity in order to explore the mysteries, solve puzzles, and avoid the traps of a subterranean environment.    The Story and Game Mechanics: Explore the world of Tangled Earth as Sol-5; an android that has been sent down into the depths of your planet to find the source of a distress signal. As you delve into this subterranean world you discover new abilities to manipulate gravity through gravitational “tangles”.   A gravitational tangle is terrain with its own individual gravitational direction. Tangling between gravitational fields in the game is accomplished by means of walking, jumping, and grappling into a gravity tangle. An original camera system was developed for TE to fully immerse the players into the exciting, and intentionally at times disorienting, experience of switching between gravitational tangles. Another gravitational mechanic of the game is the ability to alter the gravity of individual objects in the game.
