She is Struggling with something she can't seem to figure out what, but as the story goes on she is tormented by something each clue brings her closer to why this is happening and what is going on by slowly uncovering each struggle. Meanwhile, you have to avoid what is chasing her to stay alert as you solve each clue.

She is on the island trying to figure out what is going on because she has lost her memory and while doing so she is getting chased so she is trying to be set free as well. Is it a dream or not that is what the player will figure out down the road
