Helping to Increase Ad Revenue

Forgive me if not allowed!?. New here as I need to promote a game as well. Just thought I would share.

I'm an indie developer that has created a system, well a marketing tactic really, to greatly increase ad revenue for Android mobile games. I have 2 finished games myself, but will need about 10 for it to truly work. So
1. I am looking to buy small simply games. Here is an example of one I just recently bought from a developer on Fiverr - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wic.Lands.io
or
2. Have other developers sign up themselves so there is a list of games (more than the 2 I currently have) available for players to choose from.

Here's the fine print so it doesn't come across as a scam
Goal: To increase the ad revenue of partner developers by helping you increase players installing your game.
Cost: Unsure as I don't have a lot of data yet. Thinking something like $5 a year or to add unlimited games. Since the profits are based on ad revenue, it will be free to start and I will always keep it below $10.
- Honestly, If I'm paying for marketing and system integrations to help you make $0.05x1000+ ad hits daily/monthly, it's only fair I get a ROI myself.

I started the website but have been focusing on other things. If there is enough interest, I will complete it rather quickly.

Requirements:
Game MUST be approved on the Google Play Store
Game MUST serve ads (admob, Unity ads, doesn't matter as long as a credible source)
